The Job

Purpose of the role
As an Associate Product Manager for Deliveree, you will be at the heart of our logistics technology platform by leading the creation and evolution of our AI-driven smart products and features. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will contribute to the product vision, strategy, and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will build new experiences, solve problems and bring value for customers, drivers and partners with creativity, technology and AI.
What will you do?

• Own products/features from conception to end-user launch, and future iterations to meet approved roadmaps.
• Translate ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), user stories, workflows, and functional specifications that enable efficient execution by design and engineering teams.
• Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and usability studies to validate opportunities and improve product outcomes.
• Analyze customer behavior, operational performance, and business metrics to identify opportunities, uncover root causes, and recommend product improvements.
• Partner with Product Team, Engineering, and AI teams to identify opportunities where AI and automation can create measurable business value.
• Coordinate between the Product Team, Design, and Engineering to specify requirements, ensuring assigned features are implemented according to business expectations.
• Define and implement metrics to measure the ROI, effectiveness and performance of delivered features.
• Ensure business needs and deadlines are met, and manage stakeholder expectations through effective written and oral communications.
• Challenge assumptions, explore alternative solutions, and maintain an open-minded approach when evaluating product opportunities and business problems.
• Collaborate with project leads to manage resource support.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI technologies and trends to continuously improve and innovate AI features in the product.

Your Skills and Experience

Candidate qualification, skill, and experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
• 2+ years of experience owning products, features, or business initiatives in a technology-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.
• Proven track record of delivering successful AI/ML products in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with data scientists and AI/ML engineers to integrate solutions into the logistics product.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical methods to interpret data insights and model performance.
• Excellent communication, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making skills, and details oriented.
• Excellent at project management to launch products across multiple teams.
• Accountable, "Can do and get things done" attitude, independent and resourceful.
• Comfortable in a small, intense, and high-growth startup environment.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with excellent presentation skills
• Customer obsession. The ability to take on complex product challenges and find elegant, simplifying solutions to avoid making our users and partners have bad experiences and problems.
