We are hiring - Senior Associate/ Associate
Katina Capital Partners (KCP) is an independent corporate finance and transaction advisory firm in Vietnam, advising business owners, corporates, and investors on M&A, capital raising, valuation, and transaction execution.
We are looking for a Senior Associate to join our Deal Execution & Transaction Advisory team in Ho Chi Minh City.
The role offers hands-on responsibility across the full transaction lifecycle, working directly with KCP Partners, clients, investors, lenders, and professional advisors.
Key Responsibilities
Lead financial analysis, valuation, modelling, and transaction scenarios
Prepare and review teasers, IMs, management presentations, and investor materials
Manage sell-side and buy-side M&A processes
Support equity and debt capital raising mandates
Coordinate financial, commercial, legal, and tax due diligence
Manage buyer / investor / lender outreach and transaction workstreams
Review offers, term sheets, LOIs, and deal economics
Participate in client meetings, negotiations, signing, and closing
Manage timelines, data rooms, advisors, and junior team members
Support Partners on deal strategy, client management, and origination
Principal-level candidates are expected to take greater ownership of transaction leadership, client relationships, team management, and origination.
Qualifications
3-5+ years of relevant experience, depending on level
Background in investment banking, M&A advisory, transaction services, private equity, Big 4, corporate finance, or related fields
Strong financial modelling, valuation, accounting, and analytical skills
Strong client-facing, communication, and execution capabilities
Professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese
High standards of integrity, ownership, and attention to detail
