Associate Sourcing (Facility Management) - Operations, Shopee

Job Description
Scope of services: CAPEX investment, renovation/ maintenance of all facilities equipment and related services.
Business Need Analysis: interact with cross-functional stakeholders to challenge and define final Business Requirements (Regulatory, Delivery, Quality, Service and Cost).
Category profiling: Cover annual category spends, history Data Analytics, Supply market analysis and demand forecast to define cost saving opportunities.
Strategic sourcing: Define Sourcing Strategies and in strict compliance with company, applicable laws, and ethical standards. Run local/ overseas sourcing/ RF-x/bid events and others as assigned, within authorized signature limits.
Contract Management: Negotiating, contracting and monitoring contract execution to assure goods are supplied exactly, timely and in good quality.
Supplier management: maintain/ build collaborative relationships with strategic suppliers. Define and build up new suppliers for alternative solutions.
Requirements
Degree in business administration, facility management, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 03 years of experience in Procurement, especially in Facility Management categories in the Logistics industry.
Commercial and negotiation skills and ability to understand contracts.
Strong organisational and administrative skills.
Highly motivated with a desire to learn
Attention to detail, the ability to multitask
Good at problem solving and stakeholder management.
