Mô tả công việc
Preparing and providing legal advice to clients' satisfaction on aspects of Vietnam laws (commercial contracts, M&A, corporate, investment, real estate, sub-licenses, personal data protection, etc.);
Supervise/manage projects and ensure projects are delivered on time/budget, meeting client expectations;
Liaising with government authorities to address clients' requirements as well as to follow up on ongoing cases;
Participating in resolving disputes for clients if required;
Participating in promotional activities and
business development programs of the firm;
Supervising and training junior associates and legal assistants;
Performing other assignments as delegated by partners or senior lawyers from time to time;
Yêu cầu
Holding an LLB, LLM, or another equivalent degree in Law;
Holding a lawyer license is an advantage;
Having at least 3 years of working experience with a law firm and/or as an in-house lawyer in charge of transactions, contracts, corporate, sub-licenses, and M&A;
Having strong experience in working with government agencies/courts;
Having logical thinking, good analytics, strong presentation and negotiating skills;
Reading and writing English fluently while speaking and listening at an intermediate level (proficiency in other languages is an advantage).
