1- Overall purpose
- Reach sales targets.
- Maintain and develop sales channels (MT and GT) through sales activities to reach company objectives
- Cooperate and support AV Marketing activities to reach sales and increase products and brands awareness
2- Key responsibilities and duties
• Reach sales targets:
- Drive dealers to reach sales aligned
- Support dealers in negotiation and closing sales
- Develop sale channels of MT, GT, ecommerce and build networking to well run with the market development
- Propose sales strategies to comply with market change and company's objectives
• Support dealers to supply products to customers: Advise, propose solutions and provide product information timely and effectively. Resolve additional problems, such as: bills, certificates, detective products, and some situations that exceed dealer's competences.
• Train dealers, and internal team to update products' information and outstanding features
• Check and monitor products' display, product selling price and promotion activities in accordance with Yamaha's regulations
• Cooperate with product marketing for related marketing tasks: analyze and asses market situation, prices and products of competitor and develop product display programs suitable to market change and the company's development goal.
• Make periodic reports to comply with the company's direction and manager requirements
• Other tasks are assigned by line managers
