Mô tả công việc
• Plan, execute, and complete audit/advisory engagements in accordance with client requirements and management directions;
• Ensure that all work complies with professional standards, legal requirements, and internal policies;
• Guide, assign, and supervise assistants, including reviewing working papers and monitoring project progress;
• Apply an efficient and disciplined approach to ensure assignments are completed on time;
• Collaborate with clients to gather information, analyze data, identify issues, and propose appropriate solutions;
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of accounting, auditing, finance, tax, and relevant legal regulations;
• Build and maintain good relationships with clients, contributing to the firm's professional image and service development.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in accounting, auditing, and finance;
• Candidates with CPA/ or ACCA will be preferred;
• At least 3 years of working experience in accounting, auditing, finance, and tax (audit or tax consultant experience are preferred);
• At least 1 year of working experience in a similar position;
• Good communication, negotiation, and leadership skills;
• Strong analysis and synthesis skills;
• Good at foreign languages (English) is preferred;
• Good at using AI generator tools.
