About the role:
• Daily/weekly/monthly bookkeeping for multiple clients in various industries
• Bank reconciliations
• Debtors/creditors processing and management
• End to end processing of weekly/fortnightly/monthly Payroll
• Payroll Compliance (Superannuation, STP & Workcover)
• Monthly Payroll Tax
• Month end reconciliations and review
• Monthly and Quarterly Activity Statement preparation
• Annual Payroll EOFY reporting
• Individual workflow management
• Follow process
Yêu cầu
About you:
• Australian tax preferable
• Certificate IV in Bookkeeping and/or Accounting or demonstrated experience in a similar role (2-3+ years preferred)
• Highly organized and excellent time management skills
• Meticulous with recording financial data and analysis
• XERO experience
• Dext Software experience
• Payroll experience
• Solid understanding of MS Office Suite, in particular Excel
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good communication skills, both written and verbal
• The ability to work under pressure and manage deadlines
