Mô tả công việc
1. Improve the plant, increase equipment reliability
- To ensure safe working conditions are designed and standardized into any changes in working practices, new machines, and equipment
- To monitor and improve PLC automation and controls to ensure smooth plant operations with minimum breakdowns attributable to electrical, automation, and management reasons.
- To monitor and improve the WINCC SCADA system to ensure the manufacturing team can control the manufacturing process with the highest accuracy.
- To provide detailed problem analysis for engineering solutions to maintenance problems in conjunction with production management and operators.
2. Co-coordinate with another department to work together and ensure achieve the target
- To create detailed, descriptive plant shutdown schedules, which secure the total ongoing support and contribution of the plant management team.
- To support the manufacturing team in the review of successful performance and countermeasures.
- To develop and implement energy management systems leading to reductions in operations costs.
- To support the maintenance team in problem analysis, countermeasures, and preventive breakdown.
3. Upgrade equipment and system
- To find abnormalities in equipment or system to fix.
- To find weaknesses in design to improve the equipment and system.
4. WCM program
- To apply WCM essential tools to solve problems and lead PM or FI project
Yêu cầu
- Minimum qualification: Bachelor
- Relevant major of the qualification: Automation
- Prefer maintenance for the plant construction material
- Minimum 2 years experience working on automation & control projects, PLC (Mitsubishi, Siemen), set up inverter (ABB, Danfoss, Yaskawa,..)
- Good knowledge about operation and setup parameters for Boiler system, calcination system
- Hard-working
- Can work under pressure & work in shifts in case required.
- Ready to work overtime
- English and computer skills.
