Mô tả công việc
- Define area or process that need to be changed toward lean and be feasibility in order to improve the outputs.
- Analyze the input requirements (5M1E), in-process factors and outputs to develop machine/equipment or to optimize the process (Quality, Quantity).
- Analyze failures to identify design, process, material and quality improvement opportunities.
- Build the data base requirements for machine that will work with various model and fast change-over.
- Perform the development and design of automation equipment
- Provide assembly training for trainers, technician and quality members
- Improve and level up the current equipment toward productivity and quality
Yêu cầu
- Bachelors or higher degrees of Electrical/Electronics/Control Automation or related major
- Experienced at least 02 automation project leading that applied actually, for example ROBOT, AGV, Material loading/unloading Automation conveyor (Must)
- Minimum 3-5 years experienced in automation design in manufacturing company (Must)
- Have in-depth knowledge of PLC system, PLC programming languages, motor servo control /SCADA applications and Field Instruments (Must)
- Familiar with English in reading and writing
- Good problem solving, communications, presentation skills
- Ability to work in team or independently.
- Planning, result oriented mind set, problem solving skills.
