KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Design, implement, maintain, and improve automated systems, equipment, components, and instruments for industrial, commercial, and domestic applications.
• Collaborate with engineers, customers, and related departments to discuss project requirements and solve automation/electrical issues.
• Operate engineering design software (e.g., computer-assisted tools) to perform technical tasks and calculations.
• Direct and coordinate manufacturing, construction, installation, maintenance, testing, documentation, and support activities to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and customer requirements.
• Perform detailed engineering calculations to establish construction, installation, and manufacturing standards.
• Inspect installations and monitor operations to ensure proper functionality, safety, and conformity to design specifications.
• Estimate project costs, prepare bids, and develop contract documents.
• Establish maintenance and safety procedures, schedules, and material requirements to ensure stable machine and equipment performance.
• Support TPM activities and ensure all electrical/automation systems operate at maximum capacity.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the superior.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in Automation, Automatic Control, Mechatronics, or Industrial Automation Engineering.
• At least three years' experience in the electrical automation field.
• Knowledge of industrial electrical equipment, inverters, PLCs, HMIs, Servo systems, control algorithms, and Industry 4.0.
• Proficient in software such as Simatic Step 7 Manager, TIA Portal, WinCC Flexible, LABVIEW, [protected info], MySQL, ABB RobotStudio, Fanuc Robot, and Cognex In-Sight.
• Able to read and analyze technical drawings in English.
• Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
• Strong abilities in requirements analysis, design, technical presentation, equipment maintenance, technical consulting, control engineering, production planning, and quality focus.
• Responsible, hardworking, punctual, passionate about automation, and able to work on a 3-shift schedule when required.
