Automation Engineering Manager

Manage the Automation development team

• Work with engineer to deliver the automation process base on Backlogs
• Review Code and Optimization

Design Automation Process and Provide Automation Guideline and Execution

• Design Automation process
• Support Business User to provide the guideline for automate on current or future process

Automation Process owner and troubleshoot on the issues

• Work with Business User to understand the requirement to provide the good advice/solution
• Owner of Automation process already provide to Business user
• Troubleshoot on the issue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT
• Over 8 years experiences in technology; have experience in life insurance industry is an advantage.

Knowledge and skill

• 2+ years of experience with Robotic Process Automation (or more intelligent/cognitive automation) along with basic understanding of key concepts related to Software Development Life Cycle, Information Security, and Digital Transformation
• Project management, and process development experience, extensive experience in automation and robotics automation tool such as RPA UiPath.
• Experience in one or more programming languages such as C#, VB.Net and Scripting for UiPath Development
• 1 Years' Experience in RPA tools set such as UIPath Studio, UIPath Orchestrator, Automation Hub
• Critical thinking, creative thinking and problem solving are required
• Excellence in communication, presentation, team collaboration and management.
