- For Application System Support: Performs root cause analysis for common/complex errors reported and works towards finding suitable workarounds
- Identifying performance improvement initiatives for the assigned process
- Makes recommendations to improve processes and Automate opportunities
- Escalates difficult issues to responsible party(ies) (SME/Vendor)
- For Internal Process Support: Delivers effective, efficient, and accurate support on Process Improvement and OPEX, People Engagement, Performance Management
- End to End Service Quality, Productivity and Process Capability through business practices, process and technology changes
- Collaborates with stakeholders to deliver effective and efficient result
- Taking responsibility for data collection, analysis and reporting
- Addressing critical issues and offering solutions for reliable and error free service
- Creating/maintaining macro driven solutions for automation of tasks
- Streamlining customer reporting
- Creating reporting standardization
- Work with stakeholders to outline the specific data needs for each business method analysis project
- Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques and provide ongoing reports
- Functional know-how in air, ocean freight, VAS and Supply chain management
- Ability to analyze problems, determine & capture facts and determine solutions to resolve the issues

- Passion for service delivery & responsiveness - and for identifying how to constantly improve
- Ability to create initiative idea and think on how to make it different from day to day on daily operation process basis

- Well organized when working under pressure
- Able to manage cross-functional interfaces
- Independent working and critical thinking skill
- Excellent communication (verbal, written listening and presentation) skills required
- Strong analytical skills (analyzing referrals, creative thinking)
- Good presentation skill
- Basic knowledge on coding (VBA, VB, Web design and cloud service...)
- Expert in MS Office
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
