The Role
We are seeking a skilled Automation QA Engineer to join our dynamic team and the ideal candidate will have previous experience with a strong focus on manual and automation testing using Selenium and Java.
You will collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies. If you are passionate about improving healthcare through technology, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.
- Design, develop, and execute test cases for web and mobile applications.
- Perform manual testing to ensure the product meets high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and define test strategies.
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium with Java.
- Identify, document, and track bugs through their lifecycle.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare domain requirements (if applicable).
- Participate in regression, integration, and performance testing.
- Continuously improve test processes and contribute to test automation initiatives.
Your Skills and Experience
- 4-5 years of QA experience with a strong focus on manual testing.
- Hands-on experience with Selenium & Java for test automation.
- Strong understanding of SDLC, STLC, and defect lifecycle.
- Experience in test case design, execution, and defect management.
- Knowledge of API testing is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
