The Job
- Develop and execute test scripts for automation test cases
- Analyze and report test results to stakeholders
- Work closely with manual team to finalize and understand test cases for test automation
- Support manual test team to perform testing activities in project in case of need
- Review and provide necessary trainings to junior teammates
- Develop or enhance test automation frameworks for more productivity and stability
- Research for new tools and testing approaches to continuously increase product quality
Your Skills and Experience
- From 5+ years of experience in test automation
- Good English communication and documentation skills
- Experience in leading a team of 4-5 members
- Experience in API test automation with Postman or other tools is a plus
- Proven experience in test auto frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Playwright or any others
- Strong programming skills in one of programming languages like Java, JS, Python...
- Experience in working in cross functional or agile teams
- Good critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Great interest in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
- ISTQB or equivalent testing certificate is a plus
