About Us:
McGaaw Company Vietnam is the R&D department of Innova Electronics Corp., a leading manufacturer of automotive diagnostic and test equipment. Innova has facilities in Taiwan, China, Canada, and Fountain Valley, California.
Type: Full-time - R&D
About the Role
You will join an R&D team focused on automotive diagnostics, creating video content based on real testing and diagnostic data. You will work closely with engineers, observe bench and vehicle testing, and turn technical processes into clear, easy-to-follow videos.
Your content will include product overviews, technical explanations, and step-by-step instructional videos to help users understand and use diagnostic tools effectively.
Key responsibilities
• Create PRO and DIY video content for automotive diagnostic products, including product overviews, technical explanations, and instructional guides
• Work closely with engineers to capture real testing and diagnostic processes.
• Translate complex diagnostic procedures, diagrams into clear, easy-to-understand videos.
• Explain DTCs, root causes, and repair solutions in a simple and practical way.
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure technical accuracy.
• Build and maintain a structured video content library for customer education and troubleshooting.
Yêu cầu
Required qualifications
• Degree in Automotive (fresh graduates are welcome; training will be provided).
• Strong automotive fundamentals, including engine systems, sensors, and OBD.
• Good English skills for both technical understanding and content creation.
• Good sense of content structure and layout for instructional and product videos.
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and technical documents.
• Logical thinking and problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting scenarios.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Video editing skills is a plus with the ability to create clear and engaging technical content
Preferred Qualifications
• Good English skills for video scripting, presentation, and communication.
• Experience in automotive diagnostics and troubleshooting.
• Experience creating content in the automotive field, especially video content.
• Ability to develop ideas and concepts for technical and instructional videos.
