We are looking for a Business Development Executive to join our dynamic development team. Joining us, you will have a chance to work with our proactive and talented people, and you will have a chance to work directly with our clients from North America, Singapore, Japan, Korea, and Australia...
● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through calls, networking, B2B platforms, and social media e.g., LinkedIn...
● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
● Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.
● Meet clients/prospects to present, propose WATA's brand, attract, and convince them to buy WATA's services.
● Negotiate and close deals.
● Periodically meet/talk to the client to get their needs, expectation, concern and work with client engagement as well as project team to address them all.
● Available to receive and respond all requests/feedback/concerns from the related clients/partners.
● Collaborate with the presales team (BA and technical teams) to analyze requirements, estimate and create the proposals/quotes.
● Collaborate with HR and Resource Manager to check resource availability, prepare CVs and send staffing sales packages (quote of ODC resources and CVs) to the clients/prospects.
● Work with finance and project teams to manage and track potential leads, contracts, proposals.
● Follow up with the financial team and the client on the invoicing and payment.
● Schedule, host meetings with client/prospect or related teams, take meeting notes. and follow up with the clients/prospects or related teams after the meeting.
● Responsible on all business activities.
● Responsible to achieve personal and company sales target.
Yêu cầu
● Graduated in the Business / Sales, or a related field.
● At least 2 years experience with software business development .
● Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
● Proficient in English.
● Effective communication and negotiation skills.
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
● Fast learner and passion for sales.
● Open mind, listening, proactive and dedicated.
● Detail-oriented and persuasive.
● Result-oriented.
● Strong commitment.
● Excellent in time management.
