Role
- Focusing exclusively on Hunting in Key subchannels focus to drive revenue growth by acquiring high-potential accounts in these fast-developing segments. This role aims to capitalize on the untapped market share, optimize investment efficiency, and maximize product volume while strengthening SPVB's leadership in the Away-From-Home sector.
- Build & deliver KPIs as per company policy: Volume, Revenue, profitability, share etc.
- Be fully responsible for accounts/customers performance/opportunities/status
- Sustain customers with high service levels & win new potential customers with high sense of urgency
Responsibilities
Identify and Target High-Growth Subchannels
-Focus on acquiring new accounts in restaurants, canteens, hotels, and similar subchannels with rapid development potential.
Proposal Development & Negotiation
- Develop and present compelling business cases to secure contracts.
- Lead negotiations on pricing, terms, and agreements to ensure mutual profitability.
- Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams
- Partner with marketing, supply chain, and finance to ensure successful onboarding and smooth operations for newly acquired accounts.
Revenue Growth & Volume Optimization
- Achieve new business targets by increasing sales volume and maximizing the profitability of new clients in the targeted subchannels.
Strategic Business Development
- Build and execute tailored acquisition plans to convert leads into long-term clients.
Market Research and Insights
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities in emerging subchannels.
- Leverage data to highlight SPVB's value proposition and align with customer needs.
Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree in any disciplines, major in Economics/ Commerce/ Marketing are preferred.
Functional expertise
- Experienced On-premises channel (Food & Beverage...), 03 years minimum or 3-5 years in business development, B2B sales, or account management, ideally within FMCG or F&B sectors. Proven track record of success in hunting roles with a focus on new client acquisition.
- Good channel/customer/industry insight
- Good functional skills including: analytical/logical skill; planning; negotiation skill and has good financial view.
Skills
- Strong negotiation, analytical, and relationship-building skills.
- Proficiency in market research and strategy development.
- Fluent in English and Vietnamese for effective communication with both local and international stakeholders.
- Good interpersonal skills: communication, strategic influencing and presentation skill
- Solutions & results oriented, customer service oriented.
- Ability to handle complexity
