Position Overview
As a Digital Marketer at Bconduct Vietnam, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to expand the company's online presence, particularly in the USA market.
You will create and manage content across LinkedIn, YouTube, and the company website to enhance brand visibility and drive engagement.
This role also involves traveling to Vietnamese partner factories to capture photos and videos of production technologies for marketing purposes.
You will work closely with internal teams, including engineering, QC, and management, to develop content that aligns with Bconduct's mission and industry expertise.

Key Responsibilities
1. Social Media Development (LinkedIn - USA Market)
• Create and manage English-language LinkedIn posts targeting the USA market.
• Develop content strategies that align with Bconduct's business goals.
• Engage with industry professionals and track post-performance.
2. YouTube Channel Development
• Set up and manage the company's YouTube channel.
• Create and upload videos showcasing production technologies at Vietnamese factories.
• Optimize video descriptions, titles, and thumbnails for audience engagement.
3. SEO Support & Website Management
• Write and publish SEO-friendly blogs to improve search engine ranking.
• Monitor and report website traffic, engagement, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the web team to enhance website performance and content.
4. Photos & Videos Creation
• Visit partner factories with company employees to capture photos/videos of production processes.
• Create engaging videos and degisns for use on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social platforms.
• Ensure high-quality, engaging visual content that reflects industry standards.
5. Other Project Management Tasks (as needed)
• Support other project management activities.
