Mô tả công việc
1. Maintain client and business partner relationships: Ensure timely renewals by proactively reaching out and addressing inquiries.
2. Drive revenue growth: Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities for existing clients based on their evolving needs.
3. Provide expert insurance guidance: Offer consultations to address client concerns and ensure they have the optimal non-life insurance coverage.
4. Contribute to business development initiatives: Actively participate in projects focused on expanding the non-life insurance client base.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Degree in a relevant field: Insurance, Finance, Banking, Economics, or Foreign Trade (advantageous).
- Minimum 2 years of experience: Sales, Marketing, or Customer Service.
- Non-life insurance experience: Preferred.
- Fluent English: Mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office: Excel & PowerPoint essential.

*WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Working location: Ho Chi Minh Branch office, 14th Floor, Lim Tower 3, 29A Nguyen Dinh Chieu, Da Kao Ward, District 1, HCMC
- Working time:
+ Monday - Friday, 8:00 - 17:00 or 8:30 - 17:30
+ Work from home 1 day/ week
- Pantry room equipped with Refrigerator, Microwave, Coffee machine, Yogurt, Tea & Coffee
- Transportation by company car & taxi for outside assignment
