Industry Experience:5+ years of B2B sales experience in Vietnam's industrial sector, ideally in low-voltage electrical, automation, or industrial equipment
Channel Experience : Proven experience in managing distributor/channel networks
- Client Network: Established relationships with local EPCs, industrial end-users, or electrical contractors
- Language Skills: Vietnamese (native) + English or Mandarin (professional working proficiency)
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Self-starter who can operate independently with minimal supervision, comfortable with ambiguity and building processes from scratch
- Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally overseas business travel
Nice-to-Have (加分项)
• Experience working with Chinese-invested companies or familiarity with Chinese business culture
• Basic Chinese (Mandarin) communication skills
• Technical background in
electrical engineering or related field
• Experience with project-based sales (vs. just product distribution)
