Business Development: Identify and develop B2B clients in Bac Ninh and Hanoi.
Consultative Sales: Provide product solutions tailored to customers' manufacturing needs.
Contract Management: Prepare quotations, negotiate terms, and close deals.
Order Fulfillment: Monitor orders, delivery schedules, and payment status.
Field Sales: Proactively visit clients and conduct market visits.
Internal Collaboration: Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.
Reporting: Report work progress and pipeline status to management.
Performance Targets:
Sales Revenue: $50,000 - $100,000 / month (with a clear roadmap and dedicated support).
New Clients: 5 - 10 new accounts per month.

Preferred Qualifications
Proven experience in B2B Sales.
Background in Engineering, Mechanical, or Material Science.
Possess a valid driving license and personal vehicle.
Based in Bac Ninh or areas adjacent to Hanoi.
