Bác Sĩ (Doctor)

Key objectives
- Implement and maintain Occupational Health management systems in compliance with Vietnamese Laws and RFC's SHE standards for the responsible plant and regional offices
- Assure occupational health for FCV employees, full-time & contracted, by implementing necessary actions to prevent occupational diseases and improve health
Job Responsibilities
- Follow Company's regulations, including, but not limited to, Food Safety & Quality, Safety - Health - Environment
- Implement occupational health management systems (regulations, instructions, procedures, standards) based on external (e.g. legislation, regulations) and internal (e.g. FRC/ Corporate standards) requirements at plant level and regional offices
- Promote awareness, facilitate, inspect and verify compliance to occupational health regulations, instructions, procedures, standards
- Establish and manage health information system, conduct data research to see staff's sickness-trend for suitable solutions in both treatment and prevention;
- Promote good health/disease prevention strategies by educating employees about important areas of a healthy lifestyle, such as nutrition, and exercise, and by awareness of the need for proper screening for certain diseases;
- Study possible causes in working condition/environment that can lead to occupational diseases, develops and implements programs to reduce and eliminate them
- Facilitate occupational diseases investigations at plant level and normal cases
- Run plant clinic
- Manage planning and practices of the first-aid team
- Be a consultant, or facilitator for occupational health matters
- Propose necessary actions to improve occupational health management systems
- Other tasks assigned by the Line Manager.
