• Design and implement microservice or modular architecture using NestJS
• Design PostgreSQL schemas, optimize indexes and partitioning, define large-scale data strategies
• Design RabbitMQ message queue architecture: exchanges, routing, dead-letter queues
• Design and operate Redis distributed cache, session management, and Pub/Sub
• Design real-time analytics pipelines using ClickHouse
• Implement and performance-optimize WebSocket-based real-time messaging systems
• Define Kubernetes (NCloud NKS) deployment strategies, autoscaling, and monitoring
• Standardize Docker-based dev environments and design CI/CD pipelines
• Lead technical mentoring and code reviews for junior and mid-level engineers
• Review security requirements (auth/authz, encryption) and global compliance
Yêu cầu
• 4+ years of back-end development with NestJS or [protected info]
• Advanced PostgreSQL: complex query optimization, partitioning, transaction design
• RabbitMQ operations: exchange types, message durability, dead-letter handling
• Advanced Redis: distributed caching, Pub/Sub, cluster configuration
• Large-scale analytical query experience with ClickHouse or other OLAP databases
• Real-time communication design and performance optimization with WebSocket or SSE
• Container orchestration experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• High-traffic performance optimization experience (hundreds of TPS or above)
• Experience leading architectural decisions and technology selection
Good if you have
• Experience operating NCloud NKS, AWS EKS, or GKE
• Experience building CRM, chat agent platforms, or real-time communication solutions
• Multi-tenancy and SaaS architecture experience
• Internationalization (i18n/l10n) and multi-timezone handling experience
• Service mesh (e.g., Istio) or API gateway operations experience
• Open-source contributions or technical blog authorship
