About the role
We're looking for a Full-Stack Developer with a strong Backend foundation but more importantly, we're looking for an engineer who doesn't define themselves by a single tech stack.
The ideal person is someone who can be given a problem, understand what needs to be done, figure out the right approach, and get it done.
You don't need to know everything from day one. But you should be the kind of engineer who is willing and able to learn, adapt, and solve whatever comes your way.
If your first reaction to an unfamiliar problem is "Let me figure it out" rather than "That's not my stack," you'll probably fit right in.
Qualifications
Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications with a strong focus on Java-based backend systems.
Build and maintain APIs, microservices, business logic, and integrations across different systems.
Work with RabbitMQ and asynchronous/event-driven architectures for reliable communication between services.
Develop frontend features when required and collaborate across the entire application stack.
Use AI Agents and AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, research, testing, documentation, and automation.
Build or integrate AI-powered workflows and agents to solve engineering or business problems where appropriate.
Investigate unfamiliar systems, frameworks, or technologies and quickly determine how to work with them.
Troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and implement practical long-term solutions.
Participate in system design, technical discussions, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Take ownership of assigned problems from requirement → investigation → implementation → testing → delivery.
Continuously improve existing systems in terms of performance, scalability, reliability, and maintainability.
Requirements
4+ years of professional software development experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Java, preferably with Spring Boot / Spring ecosystem.
Hands-on experience with RabbitMQ or similar message brokers.
Solid understanding of: RESTful APIs, Microservices, SQL / NoSQL databases, Distributed systems, Asynchronous processing, Caching, Authentication & authorization, Git and CI/CD
Experience working across both backend and frontend is preferred.
Familiarity with modern frontend technologies such as React, [protected info], JavaScript or TypeScript is an advantage.
Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS/GCP is plus.
Comfortable using AI coding tools and AI Agents as part of the daily development workflow.
Interested in experimenting with AI Agents, agentic workflows, LLM APIs, MCP, automation, or AI-powered development processes.
