I.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Work at: Spare parts & Accessories Department
1. Customer's orders management Export
• Checking purchase orders to make sure that they are compliant with the group's policy; insert and modify orders for APAC customers & VN markets at request daily to them;
• Co-ordinate with other parties to answer daily questions, request from front office and customers concerning the orders, part code, ETA of the shipments, stock level; credit line;
• Work with warehouses to make sure that the orders are processed and shipped within the schedule and agreed shipping modes;
• Monitor all other processes concerning MIV shipments to APAC customers & VN markets and solve all the critical issues arising during the shipments;
• Prepare shipping docs of export
• Work with customs' authorities and forwarding agents concerning clearance and deliver of export MIV shipment;
• Handling customer's complaints and claims;
2. Import from all oversea suppliers
• Work with Procurement team and supplier to import goods;
• Monitor all other processes of import goods to Piaggio and solve all the critical issues arising during the shipments;
• Prepare shipping docs of import goods;
3. Homologation for Spare Parts
• Prepare homologation docs to do registration for required products (Wheel/ Tire/ Battery/ Mirror/ Headlamp/ Engine/ Frame)
