Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Backend Developer to take ownership of the development and enhancement of our Korean Enterprise Middleware platform. As a senior-level member of the development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services, leading system integrations with external platforms and marketplaces, and driving technical improvements to existing integration frameworks. You will also contribute to technical decision-making, system optimization, and reliable AWS deployment while working closely with overseas teams in Korea.
Key Responsibilities
Develop backend services using Python/FastAPI.
Develop batch jobs.
Integrate E-commerce platforms with Customer Support platform.
Enhance reporting and inquiry synchronization modules.
Design and optimize PostgreSQL databases.
Deploy and maintain services on AWS.
Collaborate with overseas teams (KR).
Required Qualifications
5+ years of backend development experience (Senior level).
Experience developing backend services using a web framework (e.g., FastAPI, Spring Boot, etc.).
Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and system integration.
Experience with PostgreSQL.
Experience with AWS (EC2, RDS, S3).
Experience with Git and Jenkins/GitHub Actions.
Ability to communicate in English in meetings with overseas teams.
Experience or willingness to develop backend services with Python/FastAPI.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience using AI coding assistants (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT).
Able to efficiently understand and extend AI-generated source code (AI vibe coding mindset).
Experience with customer service systems or e-commerce integration is a plus.
Knowledge of VOC or AI-enabled business applications is a plus.

2. Working Environment
