About the Role
As a
Software Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and optimizing core logistics solutions powering our Freight business. You'll work on impactful products that span the entire logistics lifecycle, including first-mile, last-mile, and transportation. Key Responsibilities:
Design & Develop Logistics Solutions: Build and enhance robust backend systems supporting critical logistics operations such as first-mile, last-mile, warehousing, sorting, and freight transportation.
API Development: Design and implement open APIs to enable seamless integration with partners and enhance our logistics ecosystem.
Performance & Reliability: Optimize application performance, proactively troubleshoot production incidents, and participate in ongoing system refactoring to ensure reliability and scalability.
Code Quality: Write clean, high-quality, and maintainable code by following best engineering practices and participating in code reviews.
Agile Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment, including product managers, frontend
developers, QA engineers, and other stakeholders.

Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent.
2+ years of experience with full lifecycle of project development for Golang Applications
Good knowledge of event processing models, parallel programming, multi-threading, enterprise integration pattern, Socket, Web Service, and REST
Familiar with at least one SQL DB such as MySQL, PostgreSQL
Experience: Distributed Caching such as Redis
Familiar with Microservices, event-driven architecture.
Good cross-team communication skill
