The POS team is critical on executing on both principles. We maintain our focus on building the easiest and most secure way for sellers and merchants around the world to run, and grow their businesses. We tackle difficult engineering problems to build delightful user experiences and to keep our users' data safe.
This is where you come in
- you will build features that help sellers manage their business via the web and through their mobile devices, as well as this you will also add value to our existing products thus helping EZPOS expand to new countries, making commerce easier, more accessible to all. You'll work with our security, risk, and engineering teams to build trust and safety features to protect user accounts, without compromising the user experience. A little about our team: we're a cross-functional product team with experts in frontend, backend, product and design. Backend team is responsible for APIs that external developers use to build apps on our platform thus enabling all internal teams to have public APIs. Join this small team and build extraordinary web and mobile applications, flexible frameworks, and developer SDKs that are reliable, fast, responsive, and beautiful. Responsibilities
Build and maintain backend services to solve problems like secure user authentication,upgrading our powerful POS system with a high performance system based around the blockchain technology, cryptocurrency pricing and portfolio balancing for both web and mobile teams.
Design high reliability services that can withstand large fluctuations of traffic and transactional volume.
Articulate a long term vision for maintaining and scaling our backend systems.
Building infrastructure that makes it easy, scalable, and consistent to expose our products to external developers
Integrate third party systems and services with large scale internally built applications
Work with engineers, product managers and senior leadership to turn our product and technical vision into a tangible roadmap every quarter.
