Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily bar operations to ensure smooth service and adherence to brand standards.
Prepare and serve beverages (cocktails, wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic drinks) with consistency in quality and presentation.
Ensure bar setup, cleanliness, and organization are maintained at all times.
Monitor stock levels, control inventory, and minimize wastage.
Assist in ordering supplies and managing bar cost control.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards.
Train, coach, and motivate bartenders and bar team members to maintain service excellence.
Handle guest inquiries, preferences, and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
Maintain knowledge of beverage trends, promotions, and menu offerings.
Ensure accurate billing, cashiering, and reporting procedures.
Coordinate with F&B Service and Kitchen teams to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor staff grooming, discipline, and adherence to company policies.

Requirements:
Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Well-organized with attention to detail
Positive attitude, adaptable, and willing to learn
Ability to work flexible hours when required
Experience:
1-3 years of relevant working experience (hospitality or related fields preferred)
Experience in international or luxury environments is an advantage
Basic understanding of service standards and customer experience
Fresh graduates are welcome for entry-level positions
