Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with the hotel's manpower plan and business objectives.
Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, selection, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
Partner with department heads to understand staffing needs and provide timely recruitment solutions.
Ensure all vacancies are filled within approved timelines while maintaining recruitment quality standards.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for critical and high-turnover positions.
Manage recruitment channels including job portals, social media, recruitment agencies, schools, and employee referral programs.
Strengthen employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the company's reputation in the market.
Conduct interviews and competency assessments to evaluate candidates' suitability for positions and company culture.
Monitor recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, sourcing effectiveness, and turnover trends.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policies, labor regulations, and audit requirements.
Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a smooth joining experience for new associates.
Support pre-opening recruitment activities, mass hiring campaigns, and career events when required.
Maintain and update recruitment databases, candidate records, and manpower reports accurately.
Coach and guide the recruitment team to improve recruitment efficiency and candidate experience.
Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR teams to support workforce planning and succession initiatives.
