- Possessing strong reporting skills to track performance and provide insights.
- Demonstrating excellent skills in creating classic and innovative cocktails.
- Providing exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Building, supporting, and training a high-performing bar team.
- Working closely with the Marketing & Events Manager to plan and execute bar events.
- Maintaining positive and effective working relationships with the restaurant team.
- Cultivating and maintaining a fun and welcoming atmosphere for guests.
