Delivers the best customer service with a customer comes first attitude, at any time at the store. Discovers and responds to customer needs.
Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards. Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
Follows company operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift
Keep workspace and customer's tables clean, well- organized
Assists with new partner training and giving respectful and positively encouraging coaching as needed

Cung cấp dịch vụ tốt nhất với thái độ tôn trọng khách hàng vào mọi thời điểm có mặt tại cửa hàng. Phát hiện và đáp ứng các yêu cầu của khách hàng.
Cung cấp cho khách hàng các đồ uống, cafe và sản phẩm khác tại quán theo đúng công thức và tiêu chuẩn. Tuân thủ các hướng dẫn về an toàn sức khỏe, vệ sinh cho từng loại sản phẩm
Tuân thủ các quy định, quy trình hoạt động của công ty bao gồm quy trình quản lý bảo vệ tiền mặt, đảm bảo sự an toàn của tất cả các đối tác trong mỗi ca làm việc.
Đảm bảo khu vực làm việc và bàn của khách luôn sạch sẽ, ngăn nắp.
Hỗ trợ đào tạo các đối tác mới, hướng dẫn, khích lệ một cách tích cực và tôn trọng khi cần.
Thực hiện các công viêc khác theo phân công của quản lý.

Ability to learn quickly,
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and explain to others when needed.

Ability to communicate in English at basic level.
