Mô tả công việc
- Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, coffee, juices, smoothies and other drinks as required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area in accordance with hygiene and service standards.
- Prepare and serve drinks in a timely and courteous manner.
- Ensure all beverage stations are replenished and ready for service.
- Clean glasses, utensils, and bar equipment regularly.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in keeping records of popular items and restocking needs.
- Prepare simple garnishes and assist with basic drink setup when required.
- Support the team in delivering a smooth and pleasant guest experience at the beverage counter.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department Head.
Yêu cầu
- Diploma or certificate in Hospitality, F&B Service, or other related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a 4-5 star hotel or restaurant environment
- Basic knowledge of wine and alcoholic beverages
- Experience in preparing and serving coffee, juices, smoothies, ... is a strong advantage
- Flexible and willing to work rotating shifts
- Able to communicate in English or Chinese at a basic service level
