Experienced in Electric Vehicle's Automotive Industry
Reporting to the Director of Aftersales Engineering
Be responsible for developing and implementing a plan to provide full lifecycle management of the company's electric vehicle batteries across departments and countries, including but not limited to:
Working with local markets to analyze and verify compliance with legislation regarding the safe handling and disposal of removed EV batteries from vehicles.
Developing a long-term plan to achieve full battery lifecycle management: EV batteries can be repaired, repurposed, refurbished, or re-manufactured.
Creating and maintaining a battery recycling program for EV batteries returned from customers' vehicles in each market.
Providing and driving Aftersales Engineering requirements to ensure that serviceability standards are satisfied in a safe and efficient manner.
Developing and implementing facilities for the repair, refurbishment, and remanufacture of EV batteries.
Eestablish the training content for all EV battery-related issues, as well as the training program and certification.
Developing HV battery processes, including vehicle removal, interim storage, and logistics, for our repair system.
Supporting logistics in the development of a safe and effective EV battery business operation.
Within Aftersales, being the 'go to person' for EV battery expertise, challenges, and solutions.
Requirements:
Minimum 5-10 year experience in EV automotive industry with a strong expertise in EV batteries
Strong technical and business experience with battery lifecycle management, including repair, reuse, repurpose, recycling, and related logistics.
Working in a multinational organization with multiple cultures and functions is a plus.
Experience in program management, business development
Customer and business acumen also are fully advanced skills.
Mindset of entrepreneurship and creativity; adaptable, quick, problem solver, and builder from the ground up
