Reports to: MCN MNG
Role Objective
Develop partnerships and revenue streams for MCN/TAP through:
Sellers / brands
Affiliate campaigns / livestream
Deals, vouchers, and budget support
Key Responsibilities
Merchant / Brand Development
Identify, approach, and onboard suitable sellers/brands within the MCN ecosystem
Advise on partnership models: affiliate, livestream, campaigns
Negotiate deals, vouchers, commissions, and budget ads
Campaign & Revenue Growth
Coordinate with IS to implement campaigns for creators
Monitor campaign effectiveness: GMV, conversions
Optimize winning SKUs, propose budget expansion
Partner Relationship Management
Maintain relationships with brands
Resolve issues arising related to campaigns
Data & Reporting
Monitor partner pipelines
Report GMV, commissions, and performance weekly/monthly
Propose revenue growth strategies
Key KPIs
Number of brands onboarded
GMV from campaigns & livestreams
Commission revenue
Brand return rate
Number of successful campaigns
Yêu cầu
1-3 years of experience in BD / Sales / Partnership (e-commerce, Affiliate marketing and MCN experience are an advantage.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Data-driven thinking, understanding of GMV, conversion, and ROI.
Proactive and able to handle target pressure.
Proficiency in English or Chinese is required.
