Mô tả công việc
Develop K-Beauty product assortment and select key/Hero SKUs.
Manage categories, pricing, promotions, sales and inventory performance.
Work with brands/distributors on sourcing, commercial terms and joint marketing.
Plan monthly promotions, product launches and Grand Opening campaigns.
Manage SNS, KOL/KOC, CRM and customer acquisition/retention activities.
Organize events, exhibitions and pop-up stores.
Analyze POS/customer data to improve merchandising, promotion and store performance.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies/vendors.

Yêu cầu
Bachelor's degree or above.
Minimum 5 years of experience in cosmetics, beauty retail, merchandising or marketing.
Experience in MD/category management, promotion planning and retail marketing.
Strong understanding of the Vietnam beauty market.
Business-level English communication.
Strong analytical, negotiation and project management skills.
Preferred
Experience from Watsons, Guardian, Hasaki, Beauty Box, Lixibox, Innisfree, The Face Shop, Amorepacific, LG H&H or similar companies.
Preferred experience:
K-Beauty
500+ SKU management
New store opening
CRM / Membership
KOL / Digital Marketing
Pop-up / Event management
