Mô tả công việc
• Train all Beauty Advisors on products and selling method, product knowledge.
• Coordinate with retail to set the perfect example: demonstrate Brand's selling method in training and in store.
• Build up the training checklist to evaluate training progress, results and future needs
• Assist in communicating and developing new training concepts.
• Prepare training reports and evaluation forms to summarize and report findings to concerned Manager.
• Participate in large volume new door openings.
• Monitor the sales revenue for new products after training and propose the appropriate improvement plan.
• Make sure that all Beauty Advisors keep good images for the Brand
• Assist to communicate, motivate and advise Beauty Advisors to drive sales for all stores
Yêu cầu
• Professional and stylish demeanour in all forms of interpersonal communications.
• Strong skills in anticipating needs and demonstrating a proactive approach to job duties
• Ability to energetically deliver consistent basic repetitive messages in store and trainings
• Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
• A sense of humour and enthusiasm, even in the midst of juggling multiple projects
• Flexible personality to take on new challenges as they come and switch gears immediately when necessary
• Independent and a lot of initiative, highly resourceful in sourcing for solutions to issue
• Able to connect and collaborate well with team members from other departments.
• Minimum (2) years' experience in training
