This role will primarily support the Key Account Manager in order backlog management, project coordination, market research, and data analysis; acting as a key liaison across internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product development and effective customer support.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Assist the line manager in implementing strategic business development projects
Coordinate with businesses and stakeholders from customer engagement, market study, costing, designing, procurement (packaging material, raw material), logistics, planning, and production.
Collect, analyze, and synthesize international market data on the industry, FMCG, consumer trends, competitors, and target customers.
Develop regular market reports, dashboards, and forecasts to support product development strategies and market expansion.
Perform other tasks when requested by the upper level.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION
Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Agriculture, Supply Chain, or a related field.
1-2 years of experience in market research, data analysis, business support, commercial operations, sales support, or export coordination. Fresh graduates with strong academic performance are encouraged to apply.
Fluent in English.
Willing to work in Ben Tre.
