The objective of this role is to ensure quality, compliance, and operational excellence across third-party manufacturing operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Oversee production at third-party manufacturing sites, ensuring adherence to approved protocols and effective execution through close collaboration with technical teams.
Verify daily production activities and review batch process and quality data before shipment, leveraging experimental insights to optimize and strengthen manufacturing processes.
Maintain compliance with regulatory, nutritional, food safety, and quality requirements, and provide timely reporting as defined by Operations and QFS management.
Partner cross-functionally and across regions to support technical evaluation and implementation of QFS initiatives.
Manage customer complaint follow-up, investigations, CAPA activities, and support customer visits and audits at third-party facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor in Food Technology or Chemistry or Equivalent with experience in Food/ FMCG
At least 1 year of experience in Quality & Food Safety
Awareness of Global Food Safety and Quality Regulations
Good knowledge of Food Microbiology & BRC, HACCP
Basic English for work
