Research market trends and develop new beverage products aligned with company objectives and target customers (coffee, tea, etc.).
Source and experiment with new drink concepts to diversify the menu.
Develop and optimize beverage preparation processes and standards.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to refine and improve product quality and customer satisfaction.
Lead training initiatives and implement quality control measures across all outlets following product approval.
Plan and execute seasonal/quarterly/annual product development strategies.
Manage ingredient costs and optimize product pricing efficiency.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Management.
Yêu cầu
Education
Bachelor's degree or Diploma in F&B, Food Technology, or related fields.
Field of Study
Solid knowledge of corporate, commercial, and contract law, as well as other legal regulations relevant to business operations.
Strong knowledge of ingredients, recipes, and beverage preparation techniques.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
Experiences
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry, specializing in beverage research and development.
Capabilities
