Mô tả công việc
• Conduct project reviews with relevant departments and support achievement of project KPIs.
• Drive employee involvement in Lean initiatives and ensure sustainability of Lean practices.
• Facilitate PDCA activities and coordinate improvement actions with relevant stakeholders.
• Organize Lean Manufacturing training and development programs for employees.
• Update progress charts and audit Lean implementation across departments.
• Design systems, tools, forms, and processes to support continuous improvement.
• Conduct 5S workshops, audits, and reporting activities.
• Train and guide employees on Lean tools and methodologies.
• Coordinate implementation of Lean tools, visual management, and pull systems to improve productivity.
• Lead Kaizen events and promote Lean culture across the organization.
• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.
Yêu cầu
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Management, or related fields.
• Lean Manufacturing Certificates preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in similar capacity.
• Communication skills, MS Office skills.
• Analytical skills, Accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills, Time management skills, Continuous improvement mindset.
• Planning skills, Management skills.
Working time: Monday to Friday (7:15AM - 5:30PM)
Annual leaves: 14 days/year
Working location: Hirdaramani Viet Nam - FGL Biên Hòa and Đồng Tháp
