We are seeking an experienced BIM Architect to develop and coordinate architectural projects from concept through, schematic design/basic design, technical design, to completion. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 8 years of relevant professional experience, demonstrating strong Revit capabilities, coordinating across building disciplines, understanding local building codes and possess project management skills for high density-highrise residential and commercial projects. You will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality and well-coordinated architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate closely with team leaders and project teams to develop/document architectural designs for high-rise residential and mixed-use developments.
• Produce coordinated architectural drawings, 3D models, and presentation materials using software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite (optional).
• Assist in site analysis, zoning research, and preparing project data.
• Coordinate with consultants, engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate structural, MEP, landscape designs and sustainability systems.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, contributing to design solutions and revisions.
• Prepare documentation for planning approvals, building permits, and construction.
• Support construction administration by periodically reviewing submittals, RFIs, and conducting site visits.
