JOB DESCRIPTION
Welcome and guide customers/ partners/ suppliers and employees to work at the company;
Answer the phone and connect with relevant departments;
Monitor and manage meeting rooms, pantry;
Receive, transfer, and process letters, documents, parcels;
Arrange schedule (accommodation and transportation) for guests;
Supervise rent car meters and hours;
Handle cost statistics payment (rent car, ad hoc car, taxi);
Apply Visa for expats and staff on business trips & abroad.
Other job assigned by manager.

REQUIREMENTS
Education: Bachelor's Degree in Major/Subject: English, Hospitality Management, Business Administration and related;
Experience: None required, fresh graduate is preferred;
Language: Fluency in English is a must, Chinese is a plus;
Computer: Proficient in MS Office;
