Mô tả công việc
• Basic understanding of ecommerce flow logic and online marketplace operation.
• Assist in overseeing our official website and marketplace day-to-day operation including online activities, order fulfillment and account management (Shopee, Lazada & etc).
• Translation work for NITORI Vietnam channels (English to Vietnamese)
• Manage and oversee listing of products and pricing online.
• Ability to manage customers enquiries through online channels.
• Support brand's ecommerce site and SNS account especially customer inquirers (Email, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok & etc).
• Assist in store, social & ecommerce creatives set up during campaigns (eg, store opening, 11.11, 12.12 etc).
• Ability to work independently and autonomously in driving projects to completion and overachieving.
• Help out as and when required.
• on-site training will be provided.
Yêu cầu
*Core Skills:
Online website / marketplace managing experience (Eg, Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, WooCommerce, Prestashop) (Level Intermediate)
Microsoft Excel ( Level basic)
Knowledge of basic creative skillset will be an advantage. (Eg, Canva, Adobe Softwares, Video Editing, Capcut etc) (Level basic)
*Other requirements:
Education: Diploma & above
Language: Intermediate English (Mandatory**to coordinate across countries when necessary)
At least 2-years of focused experience in ecommerce / digital industry
100% open minded, flexible & self motivated individual
Positive, pleasant personality & appearance.
**Have Strong Interest**
■Salary: 8,000,000 - 15,000,000 VND gross
■Working time
Monday - Friday : 8:00 to 17:00 (Lunch time is 1 hour)
Saturday : 8:00 to 17:00 (Once a month)
