These responsibilities can include
Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels (Twitter, facebook, medium, linkedin)
Developing paid/organic content planning & strategies across various social media sites
Content planning for Spores and multiple partners - taking ownership of production of assets with the creative team and delivering to partners within budget and deadlines
Maintaining a secure database of all login credentials + managing CS across socials
Developing social activities, creative through gamification, polling, ... to boost engagements
Setting & managing social media KPIs
Collaborating closely with internal teams to uncover insights that drive development in the social space
Working with PR/campaign lead budgeting
Overall managing team members' performance
Yêu cầu
Degree in marketing, communication studies, journalism, creative writing, or similar
2+ years of proven experience in a Social Media Lead / Strategist or similar role, gained either within an agency or in-house
Experience in growth hacking twitter, telegram and discord and engagement program
Knowledge of blockchain, cryptocurrency, gaming, NFT marketplace or metaverse is required
Knowledge of pertinent engagement metrics
Strong network with KOL
Persuasive and clear communication skills
Positive advocacy of social media and content as a communication tool - either as a standalone or part of integrated campaigns
A creative approach and curiosity to explore how social media can be used to surprise and delight audiences whilst meeting campaign objectives
Excellent verbal and written English
