Create G, S, and A item codes in the system for all assigned brands.
Create and maintain product master data before BOM creation, including style, color, size, customer, and destination information.
Prepare and update product datasheets, including product details, weight matrix, measurements, and BOM information.
Update garment weight and cycle time for G codes.Maintain and update M3 system data and communicate changes to relevant departments.
Establish and maintain links between thread, sewing, woven labels, and other production components at the S level.
Create new item codes for RFID tags, cartons, labels, packaging materials, and other accessories.
Create A codes for all material accessories.
Connect packaging materials (cartons and related items) to A codes.
Monitor and update BOMs for any changes in yarn, accessories, packaging, or seasonal rolling changes.
Collect actual material consumption data from Production, compare with current BOM standards, obtain approval, and update BOM accordingly.
Verify the accuracy and completeness of all BOM data and system connections.
Manage BOM status updates throughout the product lifecycle.
Support BOM-related improvement projects as assigned.
Receive and process development requests for new styles from customers.
Download and organize all development files from BOX and maintain them in the company's shared folders.
Compare new development files with previous versions and prepare colorway comparison tables.
Coordinate with the
Purchasing team to update material development status and follow up on color development progress.
Update development information in the product database.
Create S and A (variant) item codes while verifying existing codes.
Distribute technical documents and development files to Technical, Quality, Production, and related departments for sample production.
Coordinate sample development activities and ensure compliance with quality standards, QAV requirements, and measurement specifications.
Prepare sample tags and take sample photographs according to customer requirements.
Update yarn weight information and product costing during development.
Track sample development progress and communicate status to internal teams and customers.
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure development milestones are achieved on schedule.
Education: Bachelor's degree.
Language: Good command of English.
Computer Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and email applications.
Knowledge: Basic knowledge of system management.
Essential Skills: Organizational skills, time management, presentation skills, and effective communication skills.
Competencies: Ability to work effectively in a team and perform well under pressure.
Experience: Minimum of one year of relevant experience (preferably two years).
