Mô tả công việc
BOM Management:
- Create, review, and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for all assembly products.
- Ensure BOM structures are complete, up-to-date, and reflect the current production configurations.
- Collaborate with design, manufacturing, procurement, and quality teams to validate BOM content.
- Manage BOM revisions in line with product design and process changes.
- Support ERP/MRP systems by ensuring BOM data integrity and compatibility.
ECN Coordination:
- Process and implement Engineering Change Notices (ECNs) and Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) in a timely and controlled manner.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (engineering, production, quality,
purchasing) to assess impact and execute changes.
- Ensure changes are communicated, documented, and reflected in work instructions, BOMs, and production records.
- Track the status of ECNs and ensure proper closure and documentation.
Documentation & Support:
- Maintain detailed records of product configurations, revisions and change histories.
- Support audits and compliance activities with accurate documentation.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects related to product configuration and change management.
- Train relevant staff on BOM and ECN processes and system usage.
Yêu cầu
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
- 2 years of experience in BOM management, configuration control or ECN coordination in a manufacturing or assembly plant environment.
- Proficient in using PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and ERP systems (SAP,...).
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and documentation skills.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, specifications and technical documentation.
- Basic knowledge of 3D CAD software such as Solidworks, Catia, etc.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in a multicultural, international work environment.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing processes and product lifecycle.
- Experience with lean manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies.
- Familiarity with ISO or quality standards.
- Strong communication in English and collaboration skills.
- Experience in electronics, automotive or mechanical assembly industries.
