Job Objective/ Mục Tiêu Công Việc:
BOM Engineer is responsible for creating, maintaining, updating, and controlling Bills of Materials (BOM) to ensure material data accuracy, supporting manufacturing, procurement, and cost control.
BOM Engineer là chịu trách nhiệm tạo lập, quản lý, cập nhật và kiểm soát BOM (Bill of Materials) nhằm đảm bảo tính chính xác của dữ liệu vật tư, hỗ trợ sản xuất, mua hàng và kiểm soát chi phí.
Key Responsibilities/ Trách Nhiệm Chính:
1. Responsible for creating new materials and entering BOMs (Bills of Materials) in the ERP system; initiate approval workflows and follow up on the process until posting and BOM control are completed, ensuring the accuracy of material codes, descriptions, and BOM data.
Chịu trách nhiệm tạo mới mã vật tư và nhập BOM (Bill of Materials) trên hệ thống ERP; khởi tạo quy trình phê duyệt và theo dõi đến khi hoàn tất việc post dữ liệu và kiểm soát BOM, đảm bảo tính chính xác của mã vật tư, mô tả vật tư và dữ liệu BOM.
2. Review, modify, inspect, and maintain materials and BOMs in the ERP system.
Rà soát, chỉnh sửa, kiểm tra và duy trì vật tư và BOM trên hệ thống ERP.
3. Prepare ECNs (Engineering Change Notices), initiate approval workflows, and follow up on the process until posting and ECN control are completed, ensuring the correctness and validity of ECNs.
Lập ECN (Engineering Change Notice - Thông báo thay đổi kỹ thuật), khởi tạo quy trình phê duyệt và theo dõi đến khi hoàn tất việc post dữ liệu và kiểm soát ECN, đảm bảo tính chính xác và hiệu lực của ECN.
4. Prepare the FULL BOM using Excel spreadsheets.
Lập FULL BOM bằng bảng tính Excel.
5. Ensure BOM reflects correct engineering design and product changes.
Đảm bảo BOM phản ánh đúng
thiết kế kỹ thuật và thay đổi sản phẩm.
6. Collaborate with R&D, production,
purchasing, and quality teams to gather and validate BOM data.
Làm việc với R&D, sản xuất, mua hàng và chất lượng để thu thập và xác nhận thông tin BOM.
7. Support New Product Introduction (NPI).
Hỗ trợ triển khai sản phẩm mới (NPI).
8. Complete other tasks assigned by supervisors.
Thực hiện các công việc khác theo sự phân công của cấp trên.
