Job Title : Assistant Manager
Division : Branch Network
Department : Branch Management
Location : Ha Noi (Hoan Kiem District)
Report to : Head of Branch Management Department/ Head of Branch Network Division
No. of subordinates : 0
II. Key Roles & Responsibilities
- Assists in developing, coordinating, and enforcing policies, procedures, and productivity standards
- Identifies strategic goals by gathering relevant business, financial, service, and operations information
- Helps to coach, advise, and discipline employees
III. Business Requirements
1. Qualification
- Graduated from University with major in Banking, Finance, Foreign Trade; Economics or economic-related disciplines
2. Work Experience
- Experience in Sales, Finance, Audit or other relevant business sector
3. Knowledge
- Preferably Financing, Banking or Economics
4. Skills
- Analytical, problem-solving; Excel/PowerPoint proficiency
- Conducting employee performance review
- Participate in recruitment process
- Assisting line manager in organizing, planning and implementing strategy.
- Ensuring company policies be followed
- Motivating employees and ensuring a focus on the mission
- Completing tasks assigned by the manager accurately and efficiently
- Interpersonal, good communication
- Can work under pressure in fast-paced environment either independently or in a team
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with a diversified group of individuals at organization levels
- Integrity, innovative, customer-oriented, collaborative
- Confident, aggressive and have a flair for task management
- PC proficiency and good organization skills
- Good oral and written communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
- Can adapt in a learning work culture
