🔹 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Deeply understand consumer and market insight to develop and execute tailored marketing activities for local consumers.
Support innovation/activation projects deployment using funds effectively to achieve the best performance.
Monitor, evaluate all marketing activities and brand performance, give recommendations to improve for the next projects.
Work closely with agencies (Advertising, Market research, PR etc) to execute flawless brand experiences across touch points.
Partner with different functions (Sales, Logistic, Factory & Finance,..) for on-going projects ...
Keep all marketing expenditure within the marketing budget.
Other tasks will be assigned by line manager.
🔹 REQUIREMENTS:
University Degree with Marketing Background
Fluent in English
Experience in Brand Marketing, Market Research in FMCG
Initiative, innovative, flexibility, open-minded, creative, business oriented, result-oriented, hard-working.
